Shipping policy

Hollis Vale is operated by VI Global Merchants LLC. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day. During sale events and the holiday season, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes an estimated 7–12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and peak-season volumes can affect them.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer that applies to your order will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first update. Some orders may arrive in more than one package; each package has its own tracking number.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered within the United States are not charged import duties. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or your order arrives damaged, please email us at ecomian.business@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
