Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Final sale items, gift cards and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us at ecomian.business@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back with a trackable shipping method. Items sent back without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item you ordered. In those cases, we cover the cost of the return or send you a replacement free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. If you would like help, email us and we will gladly assist.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery at ecomian.business@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the timelines above, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have not received it, contact us at ecomian.business@gmail.com.
